  • Private Sessions: One-on-One services, where the professional is working with you on a personalized program.

  • Semi-Private Sessions: The service is provided for a group of 4 – 6 people. You have the option to create your group or join an existing one.

Together with the Personal Trainer, you will set along the goals and optimize your workout that will naturally improve your fitness level in a fun, motivational, and relaxing atmosphere.
It all begins in understanding your needs, followed by a fitness level test to create a real identity that balances between your goals and your body’s abilities.
The InBody Test is a necessity at this point, to set the most efficient workout for your body which will vary between a diversity of different workouts: functional training, hypertrophy, cardio, balance, strength, and many more.
HABITS offers you choices that suit you best. Whether you are a group of friends, a family, or an individual, you may enjoy private or semi-private sessions, where motivation, determination and professionalism are our signature.

Yoga Types:
  • Hatha Yoga: Get a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. You probably won't break out a sweat in a hatha yoga class, but you should end up leaving class feeling taller, looser, and definitely more relaxed
  • Ashtanga Yoga: This is a sweaty, physically demanding practice that is based on ancient yoga teachings. It's a rigorous style of yoga that follows a specific sequence and always performs the exact same poses in the exact same order. It is about the smooth transition from pose to pose, with the intention of linking breath to movement
  • Vinyasa Yoga: No two vinyasa classes are the same. If you hate routine and love to test your physical limits, vinyasa is surely for you

Pilates sessions are tailored to individual needs including athletes, injured people, seniors, pregnant women and everyone in-between. There are literally hundreds of exercises and variations for each client.
